Meditation class with crystal singing bowls at V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 Yogacenter, Stockholm.<\/p>\n
A class where you get simple tecniques and different perspective to how you can meditate, come to stillness in you. When you meditate body and soul get into balance. When we have been sitting in meditation posture for a while ( you can sit on a chair) the body starts to relax, the mind comes to rest and we can have a feeling of lightness and peace. In this state we start to feel that we get energy. To meditate takes you to yourself, your soul. There insights and a good feeling can arise. Before you get into meditation it can feel in different ways that are not only comfortable, an experince of hightened feelings, tension in body. It is there that the shift usually happen to get closer to yourself. When we meditate in group we get support from each other and it can feel easier to meditate together then by yourself.<\/p>\n
The meditation class will include relaxation exercises, playing of crystal singing bowls and ending with the drum in a gentle way. There is a chakra set of clear crystal singing bowls and one frosted.<\/p>\n
Our cells resonate with the sound of the crystal singing bowls. When you listen to the sound from the singing bowls transformation and harmonising is happening and you can feel positive emotions that strenghtens you as peace, joy, gratitude etc.<\/p>\n
Start 15 of Sept at 7.15-8.30 pm at V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 Yogacenter in Stockholm. Until week 43 to begin with.<\/p>\n
