Drawing is more than creating a picture, it is a way to encourage creativity and connect to intuition, with the non-linear thinking. Today a lot of our learning is from the left side of the brain and drawing is a method which activates the right side of the brain.It is essential to develop both sides of our brain to be a creative human being.<\/p>\n

Drawing a picture is meditation and relaxation, a moment to \u201d just be \u201c. Before you reach this state it can be frustrating and can create tension. Through learning how to draw from the right side of the brain you will reach beyond these feelings and experience joy and easiness.<\/p>\n

Drawing is offered to adults and children from 6 years old as individual classes, courses or workshop. For you who want to learn how to draw. We follow Betty Edward\u00b4s method and draw from the right side of the brain, with elements of other exercises.After this time you will be able to see a clear difference in your way of drawing and you will have learnt how to connect to the right side of the brain and look at things the way an artist does.<\/p>\n

It is offered as a two tier course, about 8-10 times, 1,5 h. 5 day workshop or 2 weekends & 1 day. 5 days, because to realy get into it and get the understanding of edge, space, perception or relationships, light-shadow, perception of gestalt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Course & play in drawing & colour. Children\u00a0from 7 years old. Creating lines and forms gives joy and creativity!<\/p>\n

Children 7-9 years\u00a0o<\/strong>ld, 9-12 years old & teens.<\/p>\n

Learning drawing is to learn to cycle, when you got it, you can continue easily. We use exercises from different pedagogoy.<\/p>\n

In this course we play around line, form & colour and learn how to tap into the right hemisphere, where the artist lives, in a fun way. The children will receive simple exercises and individual time painting images they like. Pencil to different colourpencils, different artmaterial\u00a0and simple colourtheory.\u00a0We also look into different artist through the history and modern as we try differnt ways to draw. We are all unique and have different needs. Every\u00a0person will get the possibility to see its personal style grow forth. Images are choosen both by me as an inspirator and the children.<\/p>\n

Drawing for teens and up from 12 years old.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here we deepen our understanding of drawing and colour. Different drawing methods are introduced both from western and estern cultures. You can work on own projects to develop what you like with support from me as teacher.<\/p>\n

Drawing for adults- Seize the day!<\/p>\n

We meet and explore our surrounding. Hopefully weather is good so we are outdoors. This is a day or two to get into drawing and colour and with joy see what comes out and develop from there. With lightness and joy we explore drawing and colour, because we love to try this for ourselves.<\/p>\n
