In native tradition dance and song is one unity, they belong together.\u00a0 Kerstin was apprentice at Centre\u00b4 of Indigenous Arts from 2000-2002 and continued to deepen her understanding of dance as healing, tones, song and become a leader 2007 with a 4 year diploma and have continued the studdies even after 2007 through the Institute.<\/p>\n
Through her years in Hawai\u00b4i Kerstin studdied Yoga, and Yoga\u00a0 and its philosophy is also part of the business.<\/p>\n

You will be led into exploring your own rhythm and movement that your body like. Drum, crystal singing Bowls, voice, and some recorded music. We proceed from breath and listening.
