Detta \u00e4r v\u00e5ra verktyg f\u00f6r klassen med stillhet och sjungande sk\u00e5lar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klassens uppl\u00e4gg ungef\u00e4rligen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vi b\u00f6rjar med Toner fr\u00e5n sjungande sk\u00e5lar och n\u00e5got mantra med enkla andnings\u00f6vningar, pranayama och yogapositioner f\u00f6r uppv\u00e4rmning.<\/p>\n<p>Vi l\u00e5ter rytmen och pulsen aktiveras och d\u00e4refter kommer du v\u00e4gledas genom en karta (sekvenser) av r\u00f6relse d\u00e4r du f\u00e5r utforska hur du naturligt r\u00f6r din kropp i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till dig sj\u00e4lv (solo). Du kommer k\u00e4nna puls och rytm som en v\u00e4gledare genom kroppen och f\u00e5r kroppen att slappna av i just ditt s\u00e4tt att r\u00f6ra kroppen i stunden. N\u00e4rvaro \u00f6kar; kropp, sj\u00e4l och sinne integreras som din f\u00f6ljeslagare och dina steg tar dig fram utifr\u00e5n dina behov.<\/p>\n<p>Som en naturlig f\u00f6ljd efter vi varit med oss sj\u00e4lva en stund vill vi ofta m\u00f6tas s\u00e5 var och en dansar sina relationer (om det k\u00e4nns r\u00e4tt f\u00f6r dig). Detta kan ses som en liknelse att \u00f6va k\u00e4rleksfull v\u00e4nlighet.
