Welcome to a workshop with Movement, colour awareness and crystal singing bowls. Reflection and harmonizing. We will be at Yoga Studio Ester Adèle in Stockholm.

In this november occation focus will be more on reflektion and stillness. To follow the ryhthm of the season.

In the workshop Embrace your day you are introduced to awareness of colour, movement & sound; medium to touch and create contact, softening, balancing your chakrasystem & harmonize.

The workshop has Yin nature and for wholeness for the human. You will be guided through the workshop to come into awareness of body & soul. Drum, crystal singing Bowls, voice, and some recorded music. We proceed from breath and listening.

You follow and listening to your signals and what you would like to give yourself in this workshop and bring with you out into your weekend and continious. In the end of workshop a simple picture can be drawn as inspiration or if you would like to write something. We end the workshop with resting/integrating or meditation if you like with crystal singingbowls.

No prerequsites. Come as you are!

10-12 persons are invited for the evening.

Your chakras will be aktivated and balanced. Your joy will shine through and your heart more open!

Teacher: Kerstin Åkesson, Certified Sound and Movement Integration through Centré of Indigenous Arts, Californien/Hawai´i, 4 year diploma and apprentice. Artist and also MovementArt teacher for children and young ones. Eurythmy teacher. Hawai´ian energy treatments.
