We live in a world of change and insecurites that effects us in many different ways. Now more than ever is it important to ground and earth oneself and stand stable in decisions.

These three occations online you will be introduced in simple ways to stay present with your body, to keep your flow and your rythm.  Colour awareness and meditation.

Painting/colour in your way, to come in contact with your flow.

Introduction to what your pictures can say, you can paint a house, tree, a flower or as you like. We have a dialog in the group around your paintings and what the can say for those who wishes.

As ending you can paint a image for what you would like to bring into your life now. We will also manifest this through movement and crystal singingbowls.
