with Berit and Kerstin at Yoga NU in Nacka, Stockholm.
Saturday the 14 of October 2023.
The theme for the day: What happens with us now? What is important now for you?
What do you need now?
We start the day with an introduction about the theme, and then we dance a Wave with Berit where everyone follow its own flow and your bodies moves in the moment without judgement.
Everybody has now the possibility to dance with ones “question” and thoughts about “everything”.
After lunch you will be introduced to painting with Kerstin and for you who would like can now paint together with sounds of crystal singing bowls. We integrate the day with a Dance Wave. Everybody after ones need.
We are ending the day with sharing for you who would like that.
Bring lunch or eat something in the neighborhood.
Bring a4 and a3 paper, the paper you would like to paint at, crayons, watercolour and brushes if you wish. A book to write in.
The day cost 900 sek. Time is 11 am to 5.30 pm.
We are at Yoga Nu at Finntorpsvägen 5 a i Nacka, ca 7 min med buss från Slussen.
