Colour, draw and paint your day! A creative summerday!

A day to dive in and try out, how do I want to express myself with colour, form and nature? The light is here as inspiration at this lovely summertime. We start with simple bodymovement in the garden for inspiration to colour and form.

This day gives the possibility to express what pops up in the now, that that lives within you and what you se in nature around you. That you express today the tomorrow will take care of. Drawing and colour exercises is given as a mirror to yourself and what you se in nature. To open up your longing and be present. To weave your day and with curiosity follow it. Everyone comes as you are and expresses that that comes from each one. The more we go into the present, more often we come to the place where it just happen. Simple exercises och teqniques for you who wants to get ino creativity.

Welcome to a day in movement, colour, form with the possibility to be both inside and outdoors.

Saturday the 1 of July 10 am to 4 pm. Cost 980 sek. Art material is included. 8 people in the group are welcome!

Material that are available are pens, crayons, paper in different formats, watercolour, tempera colour, acrylics that can be painted on acrylic paper ( if you want canvas please bring yourself). A hat and bottle to fill with water. Lunch can be heated in the studio

The course is held in Swedish but can be translated.

There is a Labrador in the house whom is 1,2 years old at the time. He is happy and kind.
