Mandala Painting. 3 occations spring 2023 at Värmdö Yogacenter 30 km from Stockholm.
Course is held in swedish but translation is offered to english.
For thousand of years mandala art have been used in the world for selfexpression, personal growth, spriritual transformation and community art.
3 occations with start the 22 of March, 29 of March and 5 of April. At 6.45-8.45 pm.
Come and explore mandala painting from tradition & traditional mandala symbolics, forms, and technique to select your own patterns, colours and content.
We start to listen to crystal singing bowls to get into stillness so your creativity can flow.
All material included. No prerequsites.
You book the course to Kerstin: info@movementtoart.se. When you have received the confirmation you will pay 280 sek as a booking fee. The course costs 1580 sek. The booking fee will not be payed back if cancelation of the course is done.
