At Värmdö Yogacenter, approx 30 km from Stockholm vinter & spring 2023.
Thursdays at 7.15-8.30 pm. Entrance 230 sek. Starts week 3 when Värmdö Yogacenter opens for the semester.
A class where you get simple perspective and approch to how to meditate, come to stillness inside. When we meditate our body and soul harmonize and balance.
During the class there will be moments of crystal singingbowls playing by Kerstin inbetween the phases of meditation. There is a set of 8 clear crystal singing bowls, a chakra set and sometimes I bring a frosted bowl. We end with drumming to ground.
Our cells resonate with the sound of the singing bowls. When we listen to the sounds of the singing bowls, transformation, harmonizing can arise and you can come into a positive state that strenghtens gratitude, peace, joy, harmony etc
The clas takes a brake the 2 of March 5 weeks and will hopfully continue thereafter
