A song that takes you to your essence. The song can be expressed in many ways; through bodymovement, beat, puls, the movement of the ocean, colour, words, poetry etc. And the song finds its way to the ocean like an diversity of stars.

This is nothing you need to know about, it lives in us. This weekend is a for you to look into yourself and call new layers forth in a groupsetting with beautiful and open space with people and leader. New perspective and colours can be found in you.

Body movement through the elements, Hawai´ian tradition, movement according to the wisdom of the medicine wheel, eurythmy with colour and soul. Drum-song, song from experiences of nature. Crystal singing bowls for grounding, earthing and transformation. We start and ends with ceremony.
