During 2 days  you let yourself dive into you. Listen, express what talks in you. When we follow our path, the heart becomes whole and happiness can occour in many different qualities, like love, reverence etc, healing power is activated naturaly and we anchor ourselves with us and the whole.

Is there a song that lives in you that is just in your way?

A song that takes you to your essence. The song can be expressed in many ways; through bodymovement, beat, puls, the sound of the ocean, colour, poetry etc. And the song finds its way to the ocean, as a diversity of stars.

You do not need to know anything about this, it lives in us, this weekend gives an opportunity  to call it forth. In a  permissive space togehter with beautiful people whom looks into themselves is it possible to fint new nyances in you.

Bodymovement through the elements, Hawai ´ian tradition, movement according to the medicine wheel, eurythmy-colour and soul. Colour, painting, words, stillness. Drum, song-song according to the experience of nature. Crystal singing bowls, transformation, and meditation. We start and end with ceremony.
