5 Rhythms Dance weekend with possibilities to paint and write.
At YogaNu in Nacka, Stockholm.
A weekend where you get the possibility to investigate where you are now. What is most important and your needs.
If you can dance freely without any certain ways to do it or look like, your whole being starts to relax and life energy is flowing natural within your body.
This is often giving the feeling of joy and contentment. With the same approach you have the possibility to paint or write this weekend.
Leders are Berit Hague 5 Rhrythms teacher through Gabrielle Roth in USA and Kerstin Åkesson, artist and teacher through Centré of Indigenous Arts in Sound and Movement Integration.
