To come into deep rest with crystal singingbowls and meditation for you who would like.
The class mix playing with crystal bowls and meditation or resting.
We start the class with breathing exercises and some movement to get into the now and body.
Start the 26 of Jan and then continiously 2 times a month even weeks.
At Local Soul i Sickal, Hesselmans torg 5.
Fridays: 5 pm to 6.15 pm.
6 occations fall 2024, 20 of Sept, 4 of Oct, 18 of Oct, 15 Nov, 29 Nov, 9 dec 2024.
