Two days to dive into and try out, how you want to express yourself through colour, form and nature? The light is here for our inspiration in the middle of the summer. We start the day with movement of the body in the garden for inspiration for expression through colour and form.

These days are given possibilities to express what comes forth in the moment, that that exist inside you and also what you see in nature and around you.

What we express today will be taken care of tomorrow. Drawing and art exercises sees as an mirror to ourselves and nature. To open your soul for curiosity and longing. Everyone are welcome as you are and express what comes from you. The more we are present the easier it will be to express in a relaxed and joyous state of mind.

Welcome to lovely days with movement and art. We can spend the days outdoors as well as indoors.

1980 sek for the two days. The days will be given in Swedish language but is also suited for englishspeaking with translation. Art material comes extra.

Recommended material is: Colours in different material, watercolour, acrylics, tempera, crayons, colourpens. That that you like to try or like. Different sizes of paper from a4 and up. You can paint on old tapestry paper for example. You can also use what you find and find in nature.

Acrylics you can by here at Movement to ART but please let me know in advance as I hava other buyers. I might need to make a new order of paint.
